Measuring range from -40 to +200 C stainless steel penetration sensor applicable according to HACCP. Acoustic alarm at freely adjustable temperature values (upper/lower limit). IP65 jet water-proof, accuracy +/- 0.5 C at 0 to 50 C, +/- 1 C at -20 to 0 C, 51 to 70 C, +/- 2 C at -40 to -20 C, 70 to 200 C. Wall mounting or table standing. With table stand and magnet, insertion probe included. Measures 87 mm width by 52 mm height by 17 mm depth. CR2032 battery included. HACCP Tested.
