• Texfire's multilayer flame retardant circular carpet protects the floor from sparks, pavements, ashes or incandescent material from barbecues, braziers, stoves or hanging fireplaces. This carpet acts as a floor protector and is made with multi-layer fireproof fabric, to prevent the temperature from passing through and can damage the floor.
• The carpet has been tested according to the official standards ISO 15025 (Flame Propagation A1-A2) and EN 20811 (Water Penetration Resistance).
• It must be used with the shiny black face upward: this face contains a flame retardant HT silicone coating that traps pavesas or incandescent material. The doormat side is placed in contact with the floor, acting as a thermal barrier and preventing heat from passing through the carpet and damaging the floor.
• Ideal for protecting all types of floor: wood, tile, natural and artificial turf, etc. Its circular shape is designed to improve protection in braziers, barbecues or hanging fireplaces. Easily cleaned with a damp cloth.
• It is recommended to remove the incandescent material from the carpet as soon as it cools and is possible to extend the life of the product and prevent the temperature from passing in extreme cases.
