Slide the thermometer onto the bottle and the current temperature in degrees centigrade will appear in green after 30 to 45 seconds. Made of high-grade stainless steel. Wash and dry after each use, do not wash in dishwasher. 3-year warranty. The recommended temperatures printed on the thermometer are only approximate. The lighter/younger the wine, the lower the temperature from the specified range to be chosen. For example, 8 – 10° C is the optimum temperature for light, young white wine, while 10 - 12° C for full and mature white wine, etc.
