Directions Position the pad in your underwear with the InstaDry zone facing your body. The body-shaped design should be placed with the longer side at the back and the shorter side at the front. Wear for 4-6 hours, then remove and dispose of in a sanitary bin, wrapped in the provided wrapper if possible.
