Clean and prepare the wound site. 2. Remove the dressing from its packaging. 3. Apply the dressing to the wound, ensuring the non-adherent pad is in contact with the wound. 4. Secure the dressing in place. 5. The dressing provides a waterproof barrier, allowing the patient to bathe or shower without removing it. 6. The breathable film allows for good exchange of moisture, steam, and oxygen, promoting normal wound healing processes. 7. The dressing is suitable for closed intact surgical wounds, donor sites, lacerations, neuropathic ulcers, open surgical wounds, skin tears, superficial partial thickness burns, IV catheter sites, and as a secondary dressing over hydrogels, alginates, and gauze.
