Thanks to its low weight, die-cast aluminium is the perfect compromise of the highest quality and easy handling. The thick aluminium core guarantees excellent heat conduction and heat distribution from the base to the edge of the pan walls. Thanks to the stainless steel capsule base, this product is suitable for induction cookers. The practical Thermo-Spot® temperature indicator turns uniformly dark red as soon as the pan is optimally pre-heated and ready to roast, guaranteeing perfect results every day. The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle with silicone insert provides a secure and comfortable grip and the pouring aid allows drip-free serving.
