After securing, loosen the spring clip to secure it to the grille. Check that the stabilizer feet are also placed on the dashboard for the best stability. Adjust Perspective You can adjust the angle by loosening the sealing ring on the back of the product. When you are satisfied with the angle, tighten it to secure it in place. Connect The Power Supply Remove the USB cable and connect it to the Micro USB charging port of the wireless charger. Plug the other end of the USB cable into the car charger port (fast charging), and then plug the charger into the cigarette lighter. Adjust The Base To Suit Your Equipment The base of the wireless charger base can be adjusted to fit devices of different sizes. For larger devices, it should be fully extended, and for smaller devices, it should be retracted. Adjust the base so that the phone is placed directly in the charging area. After adjusting the base correctly, push it into the telescopic arm to hold the device in place. Troubleshooting No loading or slow loading: 1. Please make sure that the car adapter you use supports USB 3.0 and 12V output. Using other car chargers may result in slower charging or no charging at all. 2. To get the best charging speed, the base should be adjusted so that the middle of the phone is aligned with the charging area of the wireless charger. 3. Please remove the phone case and check its performance.
