Kids stunt scooter headset for threadless forks / bars to allow your bars to spin 360 degrees. Includes top and bottom sealed cartridge bearings and top and bottom crown race. This is for use with desks that have a recess top and bottom of the neck that the forks pass through so you dont need the cups for the headset as they are inbuilt / integrated into the deck.
