The traditional almond shaped Parmesan knife is used for breaking off little chunks of Parmesan. Very Italian. The flat knife is used for cutting crumbly soft cheese or shaving, chipping & cubing firm cheese.

Avoid "rinse & hold" programmes, remove and hand dry immediately.
