Boxed trade pack of 1000. Talon wall fixing plugs are designed and manufactured in the UK. Talon plug fixings are produced from premium grade polymer. The fixing plugs are designed to expand in two directions. This two way system offers rapid fixing with good pullout resistance. Special side fin anchors restrict the plugs from spinning during installation. Brown fixing plugs DIM A = 42 mm DIM B = 7 mm Woodscrew size = 10,12 14 Recommended drill hole diameter = 7 mm Recorded pullout values: (pulling force required to remove fixing) Result 1 = 2.8 kN (result 1 obtained from 10 x 2 screw 7 mm hole) Result 2 = 2.9 kN (result 2 obtained from 12 x 2 screw 7 mm hole) Result 3 = 2.2 kN (result 3 obtained from 14 x 2 screw 8 mm hole) Results obtained from pulling plugs from a hardened concrete fixing surface. Plug pullout limits will vary depending on the type and density of fixing surface.
