It has a load capacity of 3 Kg and includes a Quick Release Plate with a standard camera 1/4" fitting. Spare Quick release plates are available including a model for Action Cameras. I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.
