Made from heavy-gauge aluminium for durability, it has a matt finish to prevent glare. The Big 12" Imperial Square handles larger materials with ease, allowing carpenters and DIYers to produce professional results on deck framing and stairways. The Big 12" Imperial Speed Square has 1/4" spaced notches to facilitate scribing lines. Full instructions are given in the Blue Book which contains all the formulas and instructions needed for the most commonly used roof and stairway construction.
