Product description Use Note of The Pet Training Mat: 1. It is recommended not to place heavy objects on the mat as there is potential for these items to damage the wires woven into the mat. 2. If there is too much hair or dirt on the pet paws, it would insulate your pet from the training mat, your pet would not be shocked on the mat. 3. When you care and clean the training mat, you need to unsnap the controller, to keep the control box dry. 4. The first minute you turn on the pet training mat, the mat would calibrate itself, there is no any shock when you touch it.
