About this item
  • IMPROVES DRAUGHT & SMOKE EXTRACTION – The rotating chimney cowl helps optimise airflow, improve draught stability and reduce downdraught, supporting natural smoke extraction and efficient chimney ventilation.
  • PROTECTION AGAINST RAIN & MOISTURE – Durable stainless steel construction helps protect the chimney opening from rain, moisture, condensation and changing weather conditions, including during periods of infrequent use.
  • WIND-POWERED & ECO-FRIENDLY – Powered naturally by the wind with no electricity, motor or cables required. Uses wind movement to support continuous ventilation with no electrical energy consumption during operation, offering an eco-friendly and energy-saving solution.
  • INSTALL AT LEAST 5–6 M FROM THE COMBUSTION CHAMBER – For fireplaces and solid-fuel appliances such as wood or coal burners, install the cowl at least 5–6 m from the combustion chamber to help protect the bearings from excessive heat and deformation.
  • DURABLE, LOW-MAINTENANCE CONSTRUCTION – Made in the EU from stainless steel for long-term outdoor use. Designed for low-maintenance operation; periodic inspection and lubrication of the bearings is recommended.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
