• WATER SAVING: Thanks to its use of revolutionary, third generation micro perforation laser technology the SumiSoaker provides an extra fine mist of water over a larger area compared to a traditional lawn or garden sprinkler. The fine water mist allows a large lawn or flower bed to be irrigated with less water as it reduces wastage and pooling.
• ULTIMATE FLEXIBILITY: Traditional garden sprinklers have a number of drawbacks that the SumiSoaker has been designed to overcome. The SumiSoaker will water new lawns without disturbing seeds, it will water uneven ground without falling over and it will even water around corners! When in use its totally silent, making it perfect to use day or night without annoying the neighbours too.
• WORKS WITH LOW PRESSURE SUPPLIES: Once connected via the standard hose connector to your tap, hose pipe or other water connection, the SumiSoaker only needs a minimum amount of pressure to produce the fine mist. We’ve found that in average low pressure conditions at a standard length of 15 metres, the SumiSoaker will produce a spray 4-5 metres wide along the whole length, easily covering 60-75 sqm at once.
• EASY TO STORE & ADJUSTABLE: When you have finished watering your lawn, flower bed or growbag you can simply roll up the SumiSoaker and store on a shelf with any other garden accessories. Using the optional SumiSoaker Reel you simply wind the SumiSoaker onto the reel which is compact, self-standing and easy to store anywhere. Using the provided stopper you can simply reduce or increase the length. Its as easy as buckling a belt!
• NO MOVING OR MECHANICAL PARTS: Despite an output of 0.5 litres of water per minute at just 0.8 bar, the equivalent of 6.5mm of rainfall per hour, the SumiSoaker has no mechanical parts to degrade or break. This makes it a long lasting & hardwearing alternative to a traditional grass water sprinkler or other types of hose sprinkler on the market.
• WHAT LENGTH SHALL I ORDER? The SumiSoaker dispenses on average 0.55 litres of water per metre per minute. Whilst it works on low water pressure, you still need to have a flow rate through your water supply that is high enough to provide sufficient water per minute. The longer the SumiSoaker, the more water you need available. The average flow rate at a domestic property in the UK is 10-15 litres per minute. That is sufficient to run a 20m SumiSoaker, which requires 11.8 litres per minute.
• CHECK YOUR FLOW RATE before ordering by timing yourself filling up a bucket. If a 10 litre bucket fills in 1 and a half minutes, then your flow rate will be: 10 divided by 1.5 = 6.6 Litres per minute.

• PERFORMANCE: The performance of the SumiSoaker will depend on many factors and will be different at every property in the UK. For best results, connect as closely as possible to the water source and use as short a length of SumiSoaker and connector hose as possible. Domestic water supplies will not normally be sufficient to get a 5m wide spray across lengths greater than 25m, unless running downhill. Customers will need to experiment with the SumiSoaker and their water supply to find the best setup for optimal results.
• NOTE ON PRESSURE: Do not operate on maximum pressure from your water source as this may damage the SumiSoaker. Fill the SumiSoaker slowly and gradually open the tap until results are optimal. Most domestic properties will only require the tap to be opened a minimal amount. The correct operating pressure for the SumiSoaker is between 0.04 and 0.08 MPa (0.4 to 0.8 bar).

Caution: SumiSoaker operates on low water pressure. Too much water pressure can cause damage and potentially create leaks in the hose. The operating pressure should be in the range of 0.4 (min) to 0.8 bar (max).
