222-asis tramvajus buvo surinktas Herbrand of Cologne for the Stuttgarter Straßen-bahnen kompanijos Štutgarte, 1902-1904 metais. Jis prilygo antros kartos motorinėms transporto priemonėms važinėjančioms ant bėgių. Tramvajus buvo nudažytas kompanijos spalvomis kremine ir šviesiai mėlyna. Baigus eksploataciją 1955 metais jis buvo paliktas bazėje, kur praėjus kuriam laikui, buvo restauruotas ir iš ten išvežtas į Štutgarto Tramvajų Muziejų.
