We have had a lot of requests for a 3" wide belt for various reason, some people prefer this over a 4" wide belt, some people prefer 3" for deadlifting as it is less intrusive and still very supportive and sometimes the 4" wide belt can dig into your hips/ribs but this is greatly reduced with the 3" wide lever belt.
