- Combination Kit - contains 30 each of the high quality original Italian designed and manufactured Flexi-Level Cradles, with clip-in rubber bases and the extra clip-in 20mm height extenders. The combination allows a 12mm to 70mm height adjustabilty range.
- Easy and quick to use and adjust. The adjuster ring has been designed to provide easy handling. A deep thread provides extra strength, prevents cross-threading allows faster adjustment. There is provision for fixing the cradle to the joist after adjustment to allow lifting of the joists, to insert interim supports, without losing the cradle position and level.
- The Flexi-Level cradle has drainage outlets in all compartments so water cannot collect and become stagnant. Effectively raises joists above the substrate surface, preventing saturation and reducing potential for rotting in timber beams.
- A clip-in, moulded acoustic base pad, supplied as standard with every cradle, provides cushioning and protection when used on top of membranes – it incorporates water drainage channels.
- The height range can be increased by using additional, clip in, 20mm high extensions. The cradle on it own has an adjustability range of 12mm to 50mm. This can be increased to 32mm to 70mm with one extender, to 52mm to 90mm with two extenders, etc. Additional extenders are available for separate purchase.
- The Flexi-Level support cradle has been load tested, using an hydraulic press, in our manufacturer's technical laboratory, and is rated for an average maximum load of 16.3kN/m² (1,662 kgf/m²). We recommend using a minimum of 6 to 8 supports per square meter for most installations. Original test documentation is available on request.
