Pull out the webbing then attach the hook to a stable anchor point. Pull up the release latch again, then crank the handle to tighten the straps. To lock it in place, pull down the handle. After-use: To release the straps, open the handle at 90°. Permanent Installation Identify where you want to place your ratchet straps.
