Professional Porcelain Tile Sealer For Indoor & Outdoor Use ESSENTIAL PORCELAIN SEALER is a technically advanced, nano-coating sealer formulated for modern engineered porcelain tiles and paving. ESSENTIAL PORCELAIN SEALER is a simple one-coat, 100% breathable formula. The application will protect and inhibit organic growth, dirt and staining whilst enhancing the natural colours with a subtle sheen. Ready-to-use formula, quick drying and easy to apply. Not recommended for use on highly polished surfaces. PLEASE NOTE: This formulation is strictly a single-coat application because it is a highly active micro-coating that bonds very strongly to impervious porcelain. Applying more than one coat to achieve the “desired appearance” will almost definitely result in application issues and product failure. Given the above, it is important the exact application instructions are followed. COVERAGE: Average coverage of 10 – 20m² per litre. Coverage will vary depending on surface texture and porosity. MAINTENANCE: Clean sealed areas with a mild, ph neutral cleaner. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents, which can harm the treated surface.
