The Sterling 70mm closed shackle padlock and case hardened square link chain is suitable for a multitude of security applications including - home, garden, leisure, commerce etc. The steel padlock has a removable hardened alloy steel shackle giving extra protection against hacksaw and cropping attack. The shackle strength is further enhanced with double ball bearing locking. There is a protective nylon cover making this product weather resistant. Manufactured to exacting standards . The square link chain manufactured from a special case hardened alloy steel and is resistant to bolt Cropper and hacksaw attack. There is a flexible polyester sleeve to prevent damage from scratching, this is riveted to each end to prevent removal. There are extra long links on each chain end to enable inter-linking, by passing one link through the other. This is ideal especially when a padlock width or shackle clearance is not large enough to accommodate both end links. The chain is also weather resistant.
