Workers who are trained at every stage do carving by hand. Tools used are a mixture of Chinese craft tools and specialist tools made in Europe; each worker being responsible for maintaining their own tools. The violin is hand carved from solid tone woods with good quality rosewood pegs, black finished KunTian fingerboard and alloy tailpiece with four integral adjusters.
