Made of pure hog bristle the No.8 is a great stencil brush for detail work and using with smaller stencils. We have worked hand in hand with a British company that has over 30 years experience in the brush manufacturing business to produce a stencil brush exclusive to Dovetails. We found that conventional 'flat headed' stencil brushes just didn't reach the surface when using our thicker, quality stencils. So our new brushes have a slight curve to the head which allows the brush and the paint to reach the surface, even in the smallest areas, without bleeding under the stencil. This allows for a much crisper image when stencilling. TOP TIP! Wash your brush in warm soapy water before first use to help ease off any loose bristles.
