Product Description Remove all packaging, and any residual label adhesive then wash in hot soapy water, allow to dry. To ensure the best food release from your bakeware it is beneficial to season the cooking area. Simply pour a generous layer of vegetable cooking oil (not olive oil) into the bakeware, using a kitchen towel rub all interior surfaces. Then place in a hot oven at approx. 200C. After 12 minutes switch the oven off and allow to Cool naturally. Remove from oven and with a clean piece of kitchen roll wipe away the excess oil.
