The profile slides onto the edge of the glass, and the flexible blades act as a barrier that directs water back into the shower tray or towards the drain. This keeps the floor around the shower stall dry and reduces cleaning time after showering. The Steigner series of simple seals offers a wide range of choices, as it covers many glass thicknesses. The variants fit 3.5 mm, 4 mm, and 5 mm glass, as well as 6 mm, 7 mm, and 8 mm glass. In selected profiles, the selection also includes thicker glass, up to 13 mm, which makes it easier to fit into enclosures with more solid doors and glass with greater rigidity.
