A lovely gift to send a friend during lockdown, or at anytime, to show you are thinking of them. A great place to write down thoughts and feelings, hopes and dreams. Getting things down on paper and out of our heads may give us as a feeling of calm and help us to make sense of our thoughts. I carefully considered the words and phrases for this design cover, I wanted it to feel hopeful, encouraging and understanding . The colours of the rainbow which have been symbolic during the pandemic , adds positivity and joy to the design. The pages are lined and blank in double page spreads with a pretty floral border on each page, perfect for writing and journaling in, perhaps adding drawings or photographs on the blank pages. The paper quality is lovely and the cover has a luxurious soft matt feel to it. At 150 pages you get a nice thick notebook. Perfect for a journal, diary, a place to off load your thoughts.
