Description The Starrett 208 series can seam micrometer has a Vernier scale in metric units for taking measurements of the width, height and depth of can seams. The micrometer is made of stainless steel for durability with a satin chrome rust- and glare-resistant finish and a knurled sleeve that helps provide a secure grip. The Vernier scale on the thimble and sleeve is graduated to 0.01mm for taking precise outside diameter (OD) measurements.
