About this item
- Hygienic Anti-Bacterial Stainless Steel – Unlike porous plastic, the polished non-stick surface of this rust-proof tray prevents bacteria buildup and never traps odours. Your home stays fresher, and cleaning takes seconds rather than scrubbing away stains that have soaked into plastic.
- Leak-Proof & Splash-Guard Design – Featuring a 30cm tall rim and a tightly sealed top/bottom join, this design stops liquid seepage that usually runs underneath plastic pans. Perfect for high-spraying cats or multiple cats in the same box.
- Effortless 2.15kg Lightweight Build – Weighing only 2.15kg, this stainless steel box is surprisingly light for its size. Pouring out litter or moving it for cleaning is genuinely easy on your back and hands.
- No-Slide Silicone Base Pads – Four large silicone pads on the base provide excellent grip on wood, tile, or carpet floors, preventing the box from sliding around. They also protect delicate floor surfaces from scratches.
- Bonus Baffle & Tool-Free Assembly – An internal baffle helps minimise litter kick-out as cats enter and exit. The clip-together system means no tools are required for assembly or breakdown. A multi-purpose scoop attaches to the side for quick access.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
