Product Description The Spear & Jackson Predator Bow Saw is a professional quality bow saw with an oval section tubular steel frame for strength and rigidity and an ergonomic soft feel handle with a built in hand guard for safer usage. The adjustable blade tensioning mechanism allows the user to make faster cleaner cuts for longer, and also makes changing blades quick and easy. All the Spear & Jackson Predator bow saw blades are 4tpi and made from hard pointed carbon steel for maximised performance and durability. Cutting tests have proven our Predator bow saw blades cut faster and for longer than other brands. Each bow saw is supplied with a 'peg tooth' blade which is ideal for cutting hard/dry wood, replacement blades are also available in both 'peg tooth' and 'raker tooth' forms, with the latter being designed for cutting wet/soft/green wood.
