Product Description The Spear & Jackson Kew Gardens Carbon Steel Treaded Border Spade is a high quality tool designed and manufactured for serious gardeners and allotment owners alike, and is ideal for use amongst established plants or other confined spaces thanks to the smaller sized blade. The solid forged head and extra-long socket provide strength, durability and increase the tool's overall length the tool helping to reduce bending and back strain. Both the blade and socket have a hammer finish epoxy coating for protection against rust, humidity, scratches and alkalis found within soil. The hardwood shaft is weatherproofed for additional protection and to further prolong the life of the tool. This item carries a 15 year guarantee.
