It measures approximately 98 x 30 x 20mm (3.86 x 1.18 x 0.79 inches), has a maximum tensile strength between 20 to 40kg, and is suitable for door widths of 1000 mm. The product includes 4 pieces of 35 mm self-tapping screws, 1 piece of base plate (with adhesive backing), 1 piece 4mm hex wrench and 1 piece 2mm hex wrench.
- Material: The spring door closer is made of quality 304 stainless steel, featuring high hardness, corrosion and rust resistance. It has a strong load-bearing capacity that can withstand long-term wear from frequent extension and retraction, ensuring long-lasting durability. And its smooth, burr-free surface is easy to clean.
- Automatic Closing: This pulley door closure features a spring mechanism for automatic and smooth closing. It also offers adjustable tension, allowing you to set the closing force and speed by adjusting the screw. They are non-handed, allowing installation on both left and right-handed swinging doors. The smooth roller device reduces closing impact and noise, ensuring quiet operation and minimizing door wear.
- Easy to Install: First, screw the arm tightly into the door closer body. Then insert a hex wrench to adjust the closing force. Install the door closer on the door frame and secure it with screws. Peel off the backing film of the base plate, align it with the pulley position on the door, and fix it on the door to finish the installation.
- Wide Application: This door hinge is suitable for residential use, commercial spaces like storage rooms and shops. It can be installed on wooden doors, screen doors in homes, as well as office and hotel room doors, and security doors.
