Repair Express Plaster is a fast-curing filler designed for quick and reliable repair of cracks, holes, and joints in plaster, concrete, and other porous surfaces. Ideal for walls and ceilings, it provides a professional finish for both renovation and maintenance work, indoors and on mineral substrates. Its ease of use makes it suitable for tradespeople and DIY users alike. This high-performance filler delivers a smooth, shrink-free finish that can be sanded and painted in as little as 15 minutes, saving valuable time on site. With excellent adhesion on common building materials, it ensures long-lasting repairs. Available in convenient tubs or cartridges, in pack sizes of 1, 3, 6, or 12, it offers flexibility for small jobs or larger projects. Preparation: Ensure surface is clean, dry, and dust-free. Prime highly porous surfaces with 1 part plaster + 2 parts water. Protect metal elements to prevent rust. Indoor use only; static joints up to 2 mm. Application: Apply with caulking gun or putty knife into cracks, holes, or joints. For large repairs, apply 2 layers; allow ~1 hour between layers. Smooth with a wet spatula or trowel. Fast-curing and paintable in 15 minutes; sand if needed. Clean uncured plaster with water; top up repairs with same material.
