The enamelled surface is permanently corrosion-resistant. During the production process, specially prepared sheet metal (on both sides) is covered with base enamel, which is then applied with successive layers of paint (these are on one side). Each paint is fired in an oven at a temperature above 800 degrees Celsius, creating a beautiful, glassy and slightly convex surface. Both the rain and snow are not able to damage it, and the colours always remain fresh, even when exposed to the long, destructive effect of direct summer rays. The elegant look completes the overall picture for decades. The sign is stiff and looks dignified, especially with brass screws.
