  • Fibre seal for inner connection (cellulose fibre seal). It is used for sealing domestic cold and hot water installations: tap head, drain or drain plug, drain. Suitable for drinking water circuits
  • The fibre seal allows you to seal hot and cold water heating and plumbing circuits
  • The fibre seal is placed on the coupling allowing the latter to be tightened tightly. Do not tighten your fitting too hard on your fiber joint, you may damage it.
  • Fibre seal (cellulose) is one of the most common joints. Mainly used for sealing heating installations and cold and hot water circuits, it withstands a maximum temperature of 70 ° C
  • The fibre seals gradually "moisten" and become "in place" (swell) after a few hours/days, sometimes requiring a slight blow of a key of only a few degrees on the mechanical fitting to stop a micro leak. The joints deteriorate more or less quickly over time, which can lead to leaks: you must regularly check the fittings with seals and avoid "hiding" them behind partitions for example. Each intervention on a fitting, a new seal must be installed.
