Product Description Solgar Calcium Magnesium Plus Boron 100 tablets. Calcium provides the building blocks that help keep bones and teeth strong and healthy. It also supports the health of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. Magnesium helps to regulate calcium transport and stimulates the secretion of calcitonin, a hormone that aids in the influx of calcium into bone. It plays an important role in protein formation and healthy muscle function. This formulation also contains Boron, a trace mineral that helps facilitate calcium metabolism, which promotes bone and joint health. Adequate calcium as part of a healthful diet, along with physical activity, may reduce the risk of osteoporosis in later life. Indications Three (3) tablets provide: Calcium (as carbonate, gluconate, citrate) 1000mg, Magnesium (as oxide, citrate, gluconate) 400mg, Boron (as sodium borate (Citric acid) 3mg)) 3mg, Citric Acid 60mg.
