Green Tea is packed with nutrients called polyphenols, true antioxidants that fight free radicals and mitigate sun damage. Tomato Lycopene Extract is a pigment that gives fruits and vegetables a red color. Taking Lycopene protects against sunburn. Lutein works as a light filter, protecting eye tissue from damage caused by sunlight. Fructo-oligo-saccharides (FOS) have prebiotic effects. They serve as a substrate for microflora in the large intestine, which increases the overall health of the gastrointestinal tract.
