Product description
Colourless leather healing: soda and repairs small nicks, small open cracks and sharp cuts. Box contents: One 12ml healing with a small brush A small piece of leather Instructions (English/French/Spanish/Italian). PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION: Wound healing will densify damaged fibres and allow the edges to be closer until the cut is closed. The repaired leather retains its flexibility and regains its tensile strength. This product eventually acts as a colourless glue but will not harden, which will disappear in the leather flower invisibly and will densify weakened leather. Just like a crack on a car windshield, the use of Sofolk Leather Healer stops the degradation of the leather flower without being forced to use a paste that will require recolouration of the leather. What is the small piece of leather for? In the case of a small open cut (e.g. on a handbag or sofa), simply stick with the healing and on the reverse of the cut leather, the small piece provided to reinforce your repair. Also apply the healing on the cut to solder the 2 edges. VERY IMPORTANT: Not suitable for repairing cracks. In this case, use our leather repair paste (black or white leather), which you will find on Amazon by searching for "SOFOLK". In case of excess product application and to avoid the appearance of a light sheen veil, remove the excess with a slightly damp sponge. I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.
The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
