We source exclusively from trusted NZ growers and specify a Superwash finish so your knits can go straight in the machine (up to 40 °C) and come out looking and feeling like new—no felting, shrinking or fuzzing. To make great socks (and hard-working accessories), wool needs backup. We blend in 25% polyamide (Nylon-6) for gentle stretch, shape retention and abrasion resistance, so heels, toes and cuffs last longer without losing that natural wool comfort. The result is a yarn that’s beautiful in the hand and dependable on the foot: breathable, springy and warm. Our wool is mulesing-free and batch-tested in New Zealand for fibre strength, length, crimp and cleanliness. The finished yarn is certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and is safe next to skin—including babies and pets.
