Description Our Fly Vest / Backpack design uses an 840D rip-stop polyester material for strength and light weight, with a PU rear coating, making it 100% waterproof. The front fly vest section incorporates all the features you would expect on a modern vest, including two large box design pockets for fly boxes, with smaller box design pockets in front of them. Four zipped internal pockets and two side mesh pockets for tippet spools etc. There are two concealed coil retractors on the front of the vest with tube pockets below to drop forceps and snips into, stopping them swinging about. Numerous elasticated loops plus a rod loop and Velcro tab. Inside there are a further four mesh pockets for leaders and accessories. The rear backpack offers ample storage to the roving, mobile angler who wants to carry everything needed for a day's fishing. The large main compartment can be more than doubled in size, by means of a zipped, bellows expander panel and inside has a secure clip for car keys etc. plus a rear pocket if you want to add a hydration pack. The smaller outer pocket has further inner and outer mesh pouch pockets. Across the bottom is a further mesh/nylon pocket for a water bottle and there are ample D-Rings for landing nets etc. The padded air-mesh back and shoulder straps keep you cool and support heavy loads effortlessly.
