Product Description OPSITE Post-Op has a unique molecular structure that 'switches on' in the presence of moisture, preventing accumulation of moisture underneath the dressing, which reduces bacterial growth and the risk of maceration. The thick pad is highly absorbent, minimising the number of dressing changes whilst protecting the wound from further injury. The low-adherent wound contact layer leaves the wound site clean and comfortable, reducing pain when changing the dressing. Ingredients Opsite Post-Op Dressing is primarily composed of the following materials: 1. Polyurethane film: Provides a waterproof and breathable barrier for the wound. 2. Acrylic adhesive: Ensures secure and long-lasting attachment to the skin. 3. Vapour-permeable membrane: Allows for the exchange of moisture vapor, enhancing comfort and promoting optimal healing. 4. Directions Clean the wound before applying the dressing. Place OPSITE post-surgical film on wound, with the pad lying on. Smooth film to avoid air bubbles. Fix film with a bandage or tape.
