Slime Smart Self-Healing Inner Tubes Slime Smart Tubes seal punctures while you ride due to being filled with the precise volume of Slime Sealant, preventing flats for anything up to two years. The Microfibers in Slime's patented formula are carried by the escaping air to the puncture, where they build up to form a plug that stops air loss, sealing a tread area puncture up to 3mm. Please Note: Although these Self Healing Inner Tubes are a truly excellent product and will fix the vast majority of punctures, they are not guaranteed to fix all punctures all of the time.
