Skimmia Japonica White Dwarf - Mystic Marlot - 13cm pots (1, White Dwarf)

• Characteristics: Skimmia japonica is a bushy habited, evergreen shrub.
• Period of Interest: Provides year-round, colourful interest for borders and pots. The budding in Winter will show up in a substantial batch of red colouring. It then produces scented white flowering in the Spring months of March and April.
• Water & Maintenance: Position the plant in partial shade and avoid full sun as that can cause damage to the leaves colour. Moist, well-drained soil is best for it, as well as watering it well in the first year whilst it establishes itself. Prolonged, drier periods of the year should also see more consistent watering.

The Skimmia is an ideal plant for a small garden or a flower box. A subtle, but colourful addition! The flowers bloom in the spring. The Skimmia loves partial shade and prefers well-drained soil. Give it extra water during dry periods.
