High-quality, half life-size anatomical model Ideal for training purposes and anatomy studies. Cast from a real specimen this model depicts highly detailed anatomical structures. All important details such as fissures, foramina and processes are represented. The degree of detail is close to that of models in the premium segment. Shoulder and hip joints are mounted via an elastic cord and thereby fully movable. Arms and legs can be removed without tools. The most important joints (hand, elbow and knee) are also movable. The skull is made up of 3 parts, consisting of the cranium, skull base and mandible. The skullcap can be removed. The mandible is mounted onto the skull base by springs and therefore allows for the representation of masticatory movements. The entire skull is detachable. Presentation of muscle origins and insertions with numbering of muscles on one side. The rib cartilages are indicated in colour as well on one side. Enclosed is a muscle table listing the muscles in English (also available electronically in Latin). The skeleton is pre-assembled. The remaining assembly can be done within a few minutes.
