The material this duvet protector is constructed out of is a waterproof polypropylene to make sure no liquids can penetrate the duvet inside. You simply fit the waterproof duvet cover over your duvet as you would normally, then you can fit your usual duvet cover over the top of that allowing you to keep the room matching. This Waterproof Duvet Protector is also hypoallergenic, acting as an effective shield against skin irritating dust, micro-particles and dust mites. Of course, it is fully machine washable and thankfully requires no ironing, although to ensure it remains waterproof it cannot be tumble dried.
