• HOW TO USE: Fill the molds with tempered chocolate and turn them upside down on a rack to let the excess drip off. Repeat until the desired thickness is achieved. Leave upside down for about 4 hours until fully crystallized. Unmold by gently tapping the molds; if necessary, press lightly to detach the chocolate. Stick components together with melted chocolate or by heating the ends on a warm tray.
