About this item
  • Compatibility: Designed for PETKIT Filter Unit 3.0 systems used in EVERSWEET 2S, EVERSWEET 3, EVERSWEET 3 Pro, EVERSWEET 3 Pro UVC, EVERSWEET SOLO 2, SOLO SE and PURE DRINK cat and dog water fountains
  • 12 complete replacement sets: Includes 12 round filter cartridges and 12 pre-filter pump sponges, giving you everything needed for routine fountain maintenance
  • Four-stage filtration: High-density non-woven fabric captures hair and debris, activated carbon helps reduce chlorine taste and unwanted odours, ion-exchange resin helps reduce selected metal ions, and a PP mesh catches larger particles
  • Check the size before ordering: Each round cartridge measures approximately 14 cm in diameter with a 1.5 cm centre opening and 1 cm thickness; each pump sponge measures 3.8 x 3 x 0.8 cm; compare these measurements with your existing filter
  • Rinse, soak and replace: Rinse each new cartridge thoroughly and soak it in clean water for 10 minutes before fitting; replace about every 2 weeks in summer and every 4 weeks in winter, or sooner for multiple pets, and reset the reminder as directed by your fountain manual

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
