In a small plastic bowl, mix the powder with a suitable developer to achieve the desired level of thinning. Mix well with a flat brush to obtain a dense and homogeneous cream. Avoid contact between bleaching powder and any metal with the utmost care. Leave on the hair until the desired level of deviation is obtained. Rinse with warm water and wash hair.
