The edging of the clock itself as well as the interior edging of the clock are made using silver plate and a enamelled opalescent finish. The clock face has Roman numerals to tell the time. The completed design consists of a rose bunch in silver plate at the top of the clock face and a plaque with 30th Anniversary on the bottom of the clock.
