Plus, there is a convertible tether included allowing you to use it strapped or strapless. Directions To fit: Boil water and submerge the mouthguard for a specified time. Remove the mouthguard and bite down gently to create a custom mold. Run under cold water to set the shape. To wear: Insert the mouthguard by placing it over the upper teeth. Adjust as necessary for a comfortable fit. For sports activities, wear the mouthguard to protect teeth and gums from impacts. To clean: Rinse the mouthguard with cold water after each use.
