Exfoliate your lips to remove dead skin cells and create a smooth surface. 2. Apply a lip balm or primer to moisturise and prep your lips. 3. Using a lip brush or the lipstick bullet, apply the lipstick to your bottom lip. 4. Press your lips together to transfer the colour to your upper lip. 5. Blot your lips with a tissue to remove excess product and ensure a long-lasting finish. 6. Reapply as needed for desired intensity. Safety Warning For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
